The Ristorante Torre menu  offers an authentic journey through the flavours of freshly caught fish and the delicate aromas of Ligurian spices which, embellished with extra virgin olive oil from Taggiasca olives, showcase the subtlety of Liguria, as well as its rich and unmistakeable flavours.  

Our dishes are the fruit of the imaginative creativity of chef Bruno Giordano who, through careful selection of natural materials, achieves dishes of a rare quality and refinement.
